QueenCare's in-person prenatal sessions are thoughtfully designed to educate, equip, and encourage you on your way to parenthood, with essential knowledge and hands-on techniques to see you through.
Topics include:
Labour and Delivery: Feel confident and prepared with tools to navigate this transformative experience.
Postpartum Wellness: Learn how to maintain physical and emotional health for both mom and baby during this new chapter.
Partner and Family Dynamics: Explore the important role of partners and strategies for transitioning to life as a family
Our sessions aren't just about education—they're about connection. By fostering a trusted relationship with participants, we create a foundation for accessing our postpartum care and support programs.
We believe that financial barriers shouldn't stand in the way of access to this vital education. That's why we offer prenatal education with a gentle "suggested donation." If you are unable to donate that is okay - QueenCare is for every family!
