✨Join us at our Mothering Centre for a gentle, welcoming yoga series designed especially for moms and their little ones.

WHAT TO KNOW

Registration is preferred so we can plan accordingly — but it’s not required. Drop-ins are always welcome. No long-term commitment necessary.

🥂 Mock-tails

  • Choose from a selection of refreshing & fun beverages

  • One free drink ticket provided with entry

  • Additional drinks available for purchase ($5/each)

🛍️ Prizes

  • Every attendee is automatically entered for a chance to win a door prize!

♻️ Leftover Clothing

  • You’re welcome to take home any remaining items that belong to you

  • Any unclaimed clothing will be donated to local social service organizations

  • $20 registration directly supports QueenCare, and our mission to raise the. bar for maternal health!

This 6-week series is an opportunity to move your body, bond with your baby, and connect with other local moms in a relaxed, judgment-free space.

Whether you’re newly postpartum, several months into motherhood, or even still expecting — you belong here.

  • 6:30 PM – Doors open

    • Arrive early to lay out your clothing

    • Clothing will be organized by category and size

  • 7:30 PM – Clothing exchange officially begins

    • Enjoy a mock-tail & music while you search!

  • 9:00 PM – Event wraps up, door prize winners are chosen!

Is there a cost to attend this series?
This is a pay-what-you-can program, with a suggested donation of $10 per session. If cost is a barrier, please still come — you are always welcome here.


Can I attend while pregnant?
YES! We would love you to be part of our community even before baby arrives. Prenatal participation is welcome — movements can be modified as needed.

Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly and designed for real moms in real postpartum bodies.

What if my baby cries or needs to nurse?
That’s completely okay. Our programs are designed for real life - you can pause, feed, change, cuddle, and rejoin when ready.

What if I miss a week?
No problem. There is no required commitment. Come when you can.

Is this suitable for early postpartum moms?
If you’ve been cleared for gentle movement (or feel ready for light stretching and breath work), you’re welcome. Always listen to your body.
