BOOST YOUR FERTILITY:
Six week workshop series!

Thinking about growing your family?

Join us for six weeks of education, connection, and practical tools designed to support you and your partner along the way!

Thursdays | 7-8:30pm

5 Pine St.

Starting Sept, 17th!

WHAT TO EXPECT

This series is designed to be educational, supportive, and approachable — no pressure, no shame, and no one-size-fits-all support.

Each week, you’ll hear from a different facilitator or local expert who will guide the group through an important piece of fertility wellness. Together, we’ll explore practical, evidence-informed ways to prepare your body, support your cycle, care for your mental health, and strengthen your relationships as you move toward pregnancy.

Week One: Womb Wisdom; Menstrual Cycle Education

Facilitator: Marta LeSueur

Your menstrual cycle can offer important insight into your overall health and fertility. This session will help participants better understand ovulation, cycle tracking, hormones, common signs of cycle imbalance, and when it may be time to seek additional support.

Week Two: Nutrition; Fuel for Fertility

Facilitator: Shannon McKirdy

Food plays an important role in hormone health, energy, inflammation, and overall reproductive wellness. This workshop will explore simple, realistic ways to nourish your body while preparing for pregnancy — without adding pressure or overwhelm.

Week Three: Mental Health, Stress, Grief & Relationship Health

Facilitator: Courtney Vezina

Fertility journeys can impact connection, communication, and intimacy. This workshop will offer practical support for navigating expectations, supporting your well-being, and strengthening your relationship through the ups and downs of trying to conceive.

Week Four: Naturopath & Holistic Health

Fertility Fair

In our final session, we’ll bring the pieces together and help participants create a realistic, supportive fertility wellness plan. We’ll also talk about next steps, available community resources, and how to continue feeling supported beyond the series.
